CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT
Check-In – 2PM / Check out – 10AM. Please present your ID card, Passport upon Check-in for our records and security needs at the front office.
EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in will be provided on availability and there would be an additional supplement charge for early check-in.
LATE CHECK OUT
If you wish to obtain a late check out please check the possibilities with the front office also we would provide late check out on availability and there may be a surcharge applicable.

All guest/owners should follow the basic COVID protocols(Wearing of Face mask /Maintaining social distance in public areas)
DAMAGE or LOSSES
During the occupying the apartment the guest is responsible of the in house furniture and equipments,under any damages caused the guest will be charged the actual market value of the product at the check out.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments through cash /debit card and credit cards. Master / Visa / Amex
EXTRA BED
We provide extra bed at the cost of $15 per night
KEYS
All the guest will be given a set of keys at the check-in through through the front office and the guest is responsible to hand over the keys back at the check-out.
WIFI
Free wifi provided to all guest in all apartments.
AMENITIES
We provide our guest with all the basic amenities ,if you require additional amenities you can purchase it at our front office.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guest is entitled for for free cancellation if the booking is cancelled 72hours prior to arrival date. If failed to cancel you will be charged the first night of your total stay.
